NAMA 16th Edition Nominees Announced. Full List Here!!!

The nominees for the 16th Edition of the National Arts Merit Awards have been released, with the key categories that prove most contentious proving to be a battle between Jah Prayzah, and high-riding god of Zimdancehall Winky D in the battle for Male Artiste of the year.

The two also lock horns in Album of the Year which pits Winy D’s Gafa Futi and Mdhara Vachauya with Fungisai Zvakavapano Mashavave’s Huya Uone Zvaakuitika largely in danger of a mauling by the two giants.

In the song of the year category ghetto cleric Killer T joins the war with his hit anthem Takangodaro locking horns with Jah Prayzah’s Mdhara Vachauya and Tytan’s Mukoko.
